Where I’ve Been

In the late 1980s, as the Soviet Union began its violent fracture, I wasn’t watching the news…I was busy trying to stay out of it.

As a young man, I found myself navigating a high-stakes collision between two very unforgiving worlds. On one side, elements of the Soviet underworld made it VERY clear my options were limited. On the other, I had to stand my ground against a U.S. government agency that was just as unpredictable and often just as destructive (if not more so)… since I refused to play ball. I was dancing on a high wire and the stakes were brutal and scary. I tiptoed through both minefields scarred up a little, battle tested… and alive.

I took that same relentless survival instinct to the corporate world, rising to the rank of Divisional Vice President at a Fortune 500 company. I learned how to scale massive operations, lead dozens of people, and drive growth at the highest levels of international business….with a high school education.

What I’ve Built

Eventually, I took those high-stakes lessons to the streets. My wife and I bought and managed hundreds of rental units in some of the toughest, most unforgiving low-income markets in the Northeast. While other landlords were being chewed up and spat out, I thrived.

I became the owner of CTREIA, turning it into the 5th largest Real Estate Investors Association in America. I authored the 343 page book The Landlord War Chest and developed the 31-page “BulletProof Lease” , a copyrighted document that has become the gold standard for property protection because it was written in the trenches, not a law library.

Why I’m Here Now

Today, I work with investors, executives, and audiences who are tired of the “fluff.” As a Real Estate Advisor and Growth Strategist, I help people build systems that are as resilient as they are profitable. As a Speaker, I don’t give “boring” speeches; I deliver the unfiltered truth about what it takes to dominate your market and protect what you’ve built.
